I am a social and behavioral health psychologist, and I am currently a Behavior Scientist at Johnson & Johnson. I have a Ph.D. in Social and Personality Psychology with an emphasis in Health Psychology from Tulane University.
Prior to J&J, I was a T32 postdoctoral fellow within the Southern HIV and Alcohol Consortium (SHARC). I am also a member of the Health Education and Behavior Department at the University of Florida. At UF, I worked with Dr. Liana Hone in the Reducing Intoxicant-Involved Sexual Consequences (RIISC) Lab.
Generally, my research focuses on how people navigate their health. More specifically, I research how the threat of infectious disease, singlehood, and alcohol intake impacts the way we form relationships. At J&J, I work on applying behavior science to increase the health and well-being of people around the world by creating novel interventions to reduce disease.
I have over ten years of research experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research in large and small team settings.
Besides my work at J&J and my academic work, I have worked as a data analyst for Tulane's Title IX program. I worked with an interdisciplinary team to understand the prevalence of sexual assault at Tulane and the various factors that may impact the students’ safety. While working with Title IX, I also helped create and analyze the 2022 climate survey.
